When the benefit of an easement is entered in the register of the dominant land, the mortgage holder of the land used exercises his capacity to sell and the easement is cancelled, form AP1 may submit an application for cancellation of the registration of the easement and the mention referred to under tax. We will automatically register all easements in the register, whether legal or cheap: this section deals mainly with two types of cases. One is when the owner of the land (which can be registered or unregreg registered) transfers part of the country and the transfer involves an easement that concerns or favours the retained country. The other is where there is an independent subsidy instrument. It is not necessary to submit a separate application with Form AN1 or Form UN1. As stated under the benefit of fair easements, we will not record in the registry the benefit of a cheap easement. If the land being used is registered, an application for registration of an agreed or unilateral communication on the servitude of the law of justice should be submitted. . . .
